Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials with appropriate insulation.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
