All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging & Handling
All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold pack packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Products are packaged in discrete, unmarked boxes for privacy.
Return Policy
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications on the COA, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Eligibility
- Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Original receipt or order confirmation is required
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@humantides.com with your order number
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
